OUR HISTORY
A family company with a reputation for quality, integrity, and design excellence, Northland Developments was founded by Don Larkam over 27 years ago.
Over that time, he developed over 500 units of single family homes, townhomes, and rental apartment buildings all over British Columbia and Alberta. Garnering a reputable reputation and eventually retiring in 2012.
A MODERN RELAUNCH
In 2019, Evan Larkam relaunched Northland Developments as an ode to his father, in the hometown where it originated - Campbell River, BC.
Evan has been in real estate and development for over 19 years. Most recently he managed the Property Acquisitions department for a company building over 1200 multi-family apartment units a year. Evan's experience in real estate and development spans 27 cities across Canada and includes both residential and commercial development.
His vision for Northland Developments is to build a company that is committed to taking projects from conception to completion by advancing a progressive and responsible development agenda both from an economic and planning sense not only driven by dollars but also projects that we can be proud of in the future. Northland Developments aims to be a leader in developing unique and creative projects that focus on the homeowners by paying attention to functionality, aesthetics, and quality of construction.
